LAND SURVEYOR 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide work control lines and elevations that are required for accurate location and measurements of points, elevations, lines, areas for correct installation of materials by field staff i.e., forms for concrete pours, anchor bolts, piping hangers and supports, etc.
• Maintain constant awareness of the safety implications of every aspect of design and construction is essentail to the successful completion of the job. Thus, during the daily conduct of duties, provide safety surveillance of the project construction, always stopping to address safety-related acts or conditions.
• Reproting and correction of safety violation in accordance with the Project procedures will be required.
• Provide technical surveying guidance and support for CAD, GIS, and other surveying technical services as required in support of specific construction projects.
• Responsible for maintaing up to date the Base Real Property Inventory records.
• Maintain condition and adjustment of surveying equipment.
• Attend daily status meetings, pre-construction / kick-off meetings as required. Execute the work in a timely fashion. At a minimum, in support of the project construction design or construction start date.

Requirements:

• Open to Geodetic Engineering graduates or Geodetic Engineers; or Civil Engineers.
• Required skills: MS office applications, AutoCAD Civil 3D 2009
• Optional skills: English Proficiency
• At least two (2) years of working experience in a related filed;
• Applicants must be willing to work in Davao City
• Applicant should be Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status;
• Full-Time position available.
• Knows how to use, handle total station instrument.
