Amiya engineering team works in harmony

Three years after Amiya Resort Residences was launched, the entrance gate,parks,road networks,and the Cafe'Lagoon are now developed and continuously receive good remarks from its homeowners and guests. Had it not been for the determination and commitment of the engineering team working in Amiya, the new image of Kisan Lu Lands high end project in Puan, Davao City  today would not be as marvelous as that.

Aside from the developer's strong marketing forces,Project Engineer Lemuel Colaljo said that having a team that is united, organized and has a strong will to complete the project contribute a big percentage in the pie-chart of success.

Currently, the team is in its full throttle in making things possible in the first and second phases of Amiya.
