HOMEGROWN real estate developer Kisan Lu Lands Inc. on Monday held its groundbreaking ceremony for the elegant clubhouse of its high-end subdivision Amiya Resort Residences in Puan.
Kisan Lu president and CEO Kristin L. Lu and her husband Ram, together with their relatives, some of the firm's top officials and invited guests graced the momentous occasion which paves the way for the construction of the P200 million clubhouse.
The blessing and groundbreaking ceremony was officiated by Fr. Abel Apigo.
Lu said the clubhouse, which will have a Thai-inspired theme and, is the main attraction of the multi-million Amiya project.
"Everything will be Thai up to the last detail," said Lu, herself an architect.
The clubhouse will feature a swimming pool, restaurants, coffee shop, casitas, spa pavilion, gym and a function hall. Target of completion for the clubhouse is from two to three years.
The clubhouse is the second of the amenities that will be erected in Amiya. Cafe Lagoon, whose features include a resto bar, fishing deck and a boating area, is nearing completion and will be inaugurated in July.
Kisan Lu sales director Andrew Bautista said the company is making sure to put up the right and quality amenities for Amiya Resort Residences since "we are changing the lifestyle of the people."
"We are trying to set the trend," Bautista said.
