After years of facing economy declines and concavity, the real-estate industry positions itself to a more proactive role in the global market, at the same time looking at a more feasible means available so as not to miss the various opportunities and options in staying competitive. Thus, this year’s launching of a new project, The Villa Conchita, is a clear manifestation of the industry’s positive outlook in facing challenges as seen in the various management’s initiative by providing opportunities and potentials for market expansion both locally and in the international arena, alternative cost-saving techniques and socio-economic impact and accountability.

Maintaining and even boosting our status in the real estate market will need collaboration between the private business sector and a government sensitive to the industry needs-all collaboration is necessary for industry and economic growth.

It is therefore heartening to note that the launching of Villa Conchita is expected to be bigger and wider in scope bringing not only principals and stakeholders but also allied industry involved. This marks a new milestone in the fast-paced real-estate industry and/or market. This will once again pave the way for sustaining the real-estate industry’s forward trajectory amidst emerging challenges posed by global economy in years ahead.
