The Sales and Marketing Department has awarded the top Property Consultant, Unit Managers and Agency Managers who have performed and sold a certain production for the past 3 months in Kisan Lu Lands Inc housing projects Bambu Estate and Amiya Resort Residences.
The Grand Men Seng Hotel was filled with awardees and some invited salespersons during the 3rd Quarterly Awarding on October 25,2012.
Kisan Lu Lands Inc. gave travel allowances, ice breakers and price in a form of cash incentives. Noel Magan stood out and bagged the major awards as top producer in Amiya Resort Residences. Magan has sold 67 million worth of lots in Amiya Resort Residences.
Over and above their commission they get from the sold units by percentage basis, the performers brought home monetary incentives for making the past 3 months fruitful.
The event was hosted by the Marketing Head, Alberto Egot Jr and was graced by the Sales and Marketing Director Andrew Bautista who sang " You'll Never Find a Love Like Mine" as his message.
According to the director, their agents would never find a service like Kisan Lu Lands Inc who give everything to change their lives by giving them all the things they demand as long as they will sell the properties of the company.
